When you sign up to Black Scene, the most important thing you can remember is to mind your manners. This should be an obvious piece of advice but a lot of us forget about basic human courtesy while online. So many members write to others with messages that read, “Let’s get together.” No one would ever say something like that in a bar and expect to hookup with the person.

Before Black Scene dating, I could never find a man who would take me seriously and still be a lot of fun. Sure, I want to have a hot fling and meet some hookups online but I am not a nasty hood rat!
